The overall running of the organisation is headed by Charmaine Grobler, who supervises the packing of food parcels and feeding of the children.She also, with help from volunteers, co-ordinates functions and is the principal of the computer centre, volunteer trainer and teaches the classes.
A committee of five board members and two casual members gather once a month to plan functions and allocate available funds as needed to food distribution, the computer centre and food kitchen needs.
All members are active in serving food and assisting on function upliftment days.
